RECEPTIONIST

Duties will include managing the switch board, assisting consultants with reservations, general admin duties and assisting the MD with general secretarial duties.

Essential Skills (non-negotiable)

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Word), Internet and Email
Strong administration and organisational skills
Must have valid drivers licence, own transport and live in Cape Town

Ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent telephone manner, professional attitude, innovative, team player and initiative.

GUIDES AND DRIVERS

Must be an experienced tour guide with min FGASA 1/THETA accreditation
Valid code 8 or 10 license + PDP
1st Aid certificate
Valid passport
DEAT registered
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good cooking skills
English-speaking
Other languages advantageous: German/Spanish
Excellent knowledge of Southern African areas, cultures and surroundings

Only experienced and registered guides will be considered.

INTERMEDIATE TOUR CONSULTANT (GERMAN SPEAKING)

We require a German-speaking intermediate tour consultant looking for a varied and challenging growth opportunity. Our extensive product range includes Madagascar, Southern and East Africa, amongst others.

Non-negotiable requirements

Excellent command of English/German
Excellent written and spoken English
Outstanding computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel
Excellent customer service skills
Target driven
Travel diploma or degree
Own transport
Previous travel experience (min 3-5 years)
Knowledge of Southern Africa

Basic salary depends on experience, and there is also potential for high commission earnings.

SALES CONSULTANT (ENGLISH SPEAKING)

We require an English-speaking Sales Consultant looking for a varied and challenging growth opportunity. Our extensive product range includes Madagascar, Southern and East Africa, amongst others.

Ability to sell various East and Southern African Packages, FITs and Tailor-make Itineraries for the International Market

Sales orientated and Sales driven
Basic salary depends on experience, and there is also potential for high commission earnings.

Previous travel experience (min 3 - 5 years) and knowledge of Southern Africa a distinct advantage! Previous Internet based sales experience will also place you above the rest.
